RSDPathways was born from a personal journey of transformation. Our founder’s story began as an international student from the Philippines who faced the uncertainties, challenges, and life-changing opportunities that come with studying abroad. After successfully navigating this journey and becoming a proud New Zealand resident in 2022, the mission became clear: to help others unlock the same doors to success and opportunity.
An unexpected conversation with the CEO of one of our partner institutions planted the seed for RSDPathways. Inspired by the idea of guiding others through their own educational journeys, we took that spark and built a platform dedicated to empowering international students.
I am passionate about helping others pursue a meaningful future, especially students and migrants navigating new educational and career paths. With a background spanning business, culinary arts, healthcare, and education, my journey has taught me the value of adaptability, purpose, and cultural connection.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing Management) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Business, which I completed in New Zealand in 2019. Before moving here, I ran a catering business in the Philippines, here in NZ, I worked as a chef and caregiver.
Motherhood led me to my most fulfilling work yet: education and mentorship. Today, I support students and professionals, particularly migrants, as they explore study options, build careers, and settle into life in New Zealand.
